In our hectic lifestyle , we don\’t have healthy food  or right workout and we lack time to worry about the same. But in future it will come back and hit us very hard. Hence we need to spend time for us.Here is a small initiative by VJ Ramya to help us to become fit in with 5 mins total body workout.
