Game of Thrones Season 7 Official Tease – A Look

**Warning – Spoilers ahead for Virgin GoT fans – Only those who have watched until Season 6 – Go Ahead**

Ah. That time of the year is back. The time we pray the Seven or the Old Gods to keep our favorite characters alive. Also, the only time where we love and want Mondays to come soon (in India 😉 ).

Yes. Game Of Thrones is all set to be back folks.

Teasers do come and go, Trailers do the same too but, do make an impact it has to be really special.

Also, Making a Movie tease is simpler than TV series. Because people don\’t have any expectation of a Movie Trailer and they come to see or to learn what the Movie is about. However, a TV series has to satisfy the fans and also, reveal what the upcoming season is about.

If a Teaser is that hard to make for any TV series, then what about the most watched TV series of the Planet, \”Game Of Thrones\”.

The Tease begins with Daenerys\’s voice about her father, The Mad King and her acceptance of his madness.
Then, it moves on to Robert Baratheon\’s rebellion and Targarean\’s eviction from Westeros.
It is followed by the end of Robert Baratheon and the honorable Ned Stark in the hands of Cersei Lannister.
We then have Bolton\’s entry with the infamous line of Roose Bolton in Red Wedding \”The Lannisters Send their regards\”.
We even have a mention of Greyjoys and their desire to grab the throne.
We then have a mention to the purple wedding and Oleanna Tyrell\’s hand in Joffrey\’s murder.
At last, we witness Cersei\’s crooked plan and the blast of Baelor\’s sept through Wildfire.
The tease gets to the end with Daenerys\’ intimidating dialogue of how the Starks, Baratheons, Greyjoys etc are just spokes of the wheel and her plan to break the wheel instead of being the top spoke.

But, the actual end to the tease and expectation is set-up through Ned Stark\’s and Jon Snow\’s words on the real enemy of the realm White Walkers and the real war is to come.

We the see a glimpse of the very first scene of Game Of Thrones, White Walkers creating patterns with their victim\’s bodies and the whole scene ends with The White Walker\’s eyes. This is intentionally kept to make us understand how petty the fights between humans are when there is a dangerous threat out there and is fast approaching. Remember Hardhome?

Almost a complete recap of 6 seasons i.e., 6 episodes using just dialogues and Sigils of each Family is brilliant. 90 seconds and the stage is set for the comeback. The Great War.

So, this is on folks, Battle between white walkers and men of the realm and importantly, the dragons. Arya was notably missing from the voice-overs so as our favorite Tyrion too. Let\’s hope they stay alive until the end 😉

This time GoT is delayed and set to premiere on July 16, 2017. Until then, let\’s at least hope there are enough teasers to keep us from biting our nails in frustration.
