Controversial: Vijay Tv\’s Tamil vs Kerala girls Neeyaa Naana program cancelled! Is THIS the reason?

Vijay TV is prone to a lot of controversies and in a way, it becomes positive for them as they get free publicity.
Last Sunday, their famous program Neeya Naana, had a very casual topic, according to them.
\”Who is beautiful? Tamil girls vs Kerala Girls!\”
But, what they didn\’t expect was a wave of concerns across social media about objectifying women and also, the title of the program which made people feel as blatantly sexist.
To make thing worse for Vijay Television and star anchor Gopinath, Hindu Munnani Katchi filed a complaint against the program with the police station and now, the team had to take a step back and they removed all the promos and they canceled the program too.
