Now, her next movie after her Tamil short film – Paalvaadi Kadhal\’s actress is acting in Yemaali. Directed by VZ Dhorai and with debutant Sam Jones, Bala Saravanan and ever likable Samuthrakani on board, the movie looks about a contemporary relationship tale set to break the misogynistic ideas by lead actor actually being misogynistic.
Athulya looks to be a complete revelation in the movie and she has turned to a completely different avatar and her dressing and attitude is the exact opposite of her role in Kadhal Kan Kattudhe. She smokes, swears and wears short dresses. Typical girl who isn\’t accepted by most of the dominant males over here and she should be appreciated for the accepting and doing the role breaking the stereotype.
