Horror movies are a once wonderful genre spoiled in Tamil cinema by the invent of so-called \”Horror-comedies\”, which itself is an irony.
However, we now see a revival of Horror and Thriller genres in Tamil cinema and Siddharth\’s Aval is one such quality horror movie in the making.
Starring Siddharth, Andrea Jeremiah, Atul Kulkarni and a talented cast and directed by Milind Rau, this trilingual is called \”Gruham\” in Telugu and \”The House next door\” in Hindi.
We could see few cliches of Horror movies in the trailer but even then, the quality of the making and technical aspects together with the casting brilliance makes us wait for this movie eagerly.
Andrea is a good choice for a horror movie and this underused actress would have definitely done a great job and Siddharth, a man with pan-Indian appeal, will sure collect brownie points for this movie selection, the same way Madhavan for Yaavarum Nalam/13B.
We wish the whole crew and cast our best and we will eagerly wait for reviewing the feature film too.
