Graghanam – Official Tamil Movie Trailer Review | Krishna, Chandran, Nandini| Currently Globally Trailer Review
A good movie trailer should never reveal anything vital about the plotline and at the same time, should invoke the interest of the viewer and make him wait for the movie.
Graghanam, an upcoming Tamil movie\’s trailer aptly does the same. Starring Krishna, Chandran (of Kayal fame) and Nandini and also, sitting MLA Karunas and Karunakaran, the movie seems to be a thriller and also, lunar eclipse (Graghanam means eclipse in Tamil) has an important role in the movie.
The lighting is dark and the movie seems to have a tinge of psychological elements in it and cinematography by Sree Saravanan increases the thrilling factor and also the psychological element. However, the VFX based on the blood red moon seems to be a bit cartoonish and a better VFX could have provided the expected chill.
Background Music by Sundaramurthy gives out what is expected from him in such a fast thriller with multiple jump cuts. Editing is the best element of the trailer as it never revealed the actual plotline and still provided the necessary feel and Mani Kumaran Shankara should be lauded for the fact. U1 records owned by Yuvan Shankar Raja owns the movie\’s music rights and a talented artist like Yuvan wouldn\’t have done this unless the composer is really talented. Currently Globally will hear the songs out and provide an analysis of the same too.
Overall, there seems to be a lot of thriller movies in the queue in Tamil cinema like Yeidhavan, Thunigaram, Uru etc., and Graghanam joins the list too.
Currently Globally wishes the whole team success and lets\’s see if the movie matches the tone and speed the trailer provided.
