This name might sound familiar to few and might even not ring a bell to few. but, to the ones who really know who he is, he is a legend. A fricking legend and one of the most gifted directors India has ever seen.

The fact that the director of Dev D, Black Friday and importantly, Gangs of Wasseypur is acting in this Tamil cinema tells the fact, how great the movie should be, how awesome the story should be and how talented the director Ajay Gnanamuthu is.

Imaikka Nodigal teaser looks stunning and has an international film look in the cuts and shots and color tones. As with every good teaser of a thriller movie, this movie leaves us clueless about the story and it just reveals what we need to know. A psychotic man hacks and threatens in a live telecast to meet a CBI officer with whom he has some past and he says, more bodies to follow.

The lady superstar Nayanthara carries of an attitude and looks stunning as CBI officer Anjali Vikramadityan. Even the short hair looks apt for her and the role. Atharvaa looks intense and his physique suits the stunts and the wall jump looked realistic.

Anurag has an air of arrogance which accentuates the role of a psychotic man and his sitting posture before the desktop, smoking looks terrifying and at the same time, awesome.

Technically, R. D. Rajasekhar takes care of the camera and the man\’s expertise is clearly seen in the shot selection and the different shots of the phonograph, followed by Anurag\’s intro is cool. Music is by current sensation Hip Hop Tamizha and the BGM shows why they are widely popular in recent days.

Bhuvan Srinivasan, the editor. Take a bow brother. The cuts are awesome and the teaser looks suave and stylish and the colors used are taking things a notch above. One of the underrated but immensely talented, Pattukottai Prabhakar takes care of the dialogues and we look forward to seeing his work in the movie.

Ajay Gnanamuthu impressed everyone with Demonte colony, a horror thriller which used a single room to create chills has got a bigger canvas to paint his creativity with and from the looks of the teaser trailer, we feel he s going on the right path.

This is going to be one of the movies we are gonna wait eagerly for this year. Currently Globally wishes the entire team a grand success and to keep up the spellbinding work.
