Top 5 Covers & Mashups of Vidya Vox | Currently Globally Top 5
Vidya Vox is highly talented. Absolutely, no doubts in that. She has an enviable voice and crushing looks too. Her covers & Mashups are huge hits and she enjoys almost 2.5+ million subscribers to her youtube channel.
Preparing her top 5 covers & mashups list is too difficult as she has made many unique choices regarding her mashups and she has put her heart and soul into every song she has performed.
We are actually in a loss to prepare an actual top 5 as we found it hard to resist and so, we have top 6 and two songs will have the same position.
Without any further delay, we will move onto top 5 covers & mashups of Vidya Vox.
5. Taylor Swift – Blank Space | Mental Manadhil
A combination of fiery Taylor Swift and Serene A.R. Rahman. Unthinkable right? Vidya Vox provides an incredibly beautiful cover mashups of these songs and the video is aesthetically shot too. Vidya Vox looks too young in this video and \”Mana Mana Mental Manadhil\” along with \”Cos\’ I\’m young and reckless\” rocks together, much better than we expected.
5. Calvin Harris – How Deep Is Your Love | Balam Pichkari
Another video in fifth place is absolutely jumpy and will make your feet dance on its own. Vishal Dadlani\’s rocking Balam Pichkari originally featuring Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor mashed with Calvin Harris\’s smash hit \”How deep is your love\” makes this an instant hit. Vidya should actually be lauded for such a blending selection of songs. And also, New york City looks unexplainably gorgeous at night. Kudos to the cinematographer too.
4. Ellie Goulding – Love Me Like You Do | Hosanna
\”Love Me Like You Do\” is a huge hit and the movie it featured \”Fifty shades of Grey\” is a grand hit too. Combining that elegant piece of Music, which is addictive with A.R. Rahman\’s instant hit song \”Hosanna\” from Vinnai Thaandi Varuvayaa is a masterstroke. In spite being the earlier tracks of Vidya Vox and very short in duration, this video shows the potential of the rising star and personally, I saw this video first before hearing Ellie Goulding\’s original version of the song.
3. Be Free (Original) | Pallivaalu Bhadravattakam
When one Vidya Vox is more than enough, we have her sister Vandana too in this video. This time the video is made authentic in Kerala and the songs are wavy \”Be Free\” (which is an original piece of music by Vidya Vox and instantly likable too) along with Kerala\’s own \”Pallivaalu Bhadravattakam\”. Both Vidya & Vandana, look gorgeous in their well-designed costumes and the cute dance movements are added plus points to the video. (Would love to see more of such attitude-filled-shades-wearing Vidya 😏😏 )
2. Justin Bieber – Sorry | Kandukondain Kandukondain
Justin Bieber is a controversial star and A.R. Rahman is far away from controversies. But, when Sorry and Kandukondain Kandukondain combines together, the songs blend well enough that one might wonder if they are actually the same song. This is one of the perfect examples of best blending mashups and Vidya Vox should be appreciated and praised for such perfection. The only disappointment is that the song is made indoors and the beauty of Vidya Vox\’s aesthetic and scenic backgrounds is gravely missed here.
1. Charlie Puth – We Don\’t Talk Anymore | Pani Da Rang (ft. Saili Oak)
When Charlie Puth combined hands with Selena Gomez, the whole world erupted and a viral hit named \”We don\’t talk anymore\” was born. Similarly, Pani Da Rang is a huge hit and was viral even much before the word viral was viral. Ayushmann Khurana\’s heart touching sad lyrics about the color of water combined with painful \”We don\’t talk anymore like we used to\” makes this a soothing pathos experience. Also, even though this video is indoors too, the video is aesthetically shot and Vidya looks ravishing in her V-shaped ear-stud. The Hindi portions are well sung by Saili Oak too.
